Ingredients: 
  • 1 small root ginger
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric
  • 400g garlic, peeled and chopped in quarters
  • 1l water
  • 400gr brown sugar
Preparation:
Heat water in a pan, then add the sugar. When the water is simmering add the other ingredients. Bring to Boil for 5 minutes, remove the bowl and wait it to cool to room temperature. Put the liquid in a glass bottle and store it in the refrigerator. 
Use:
Take 2 teaspoons of this drink in the morning on empty stomach and 2 tablespoons in the evening after the last meal.
